01 / About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of arca.ink, its interactive experiences, and purchases from ARCA INK Studio (“ARCA INK,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Additional terms clearly presented for a particular feature or order may also apply.
02 / Using the site
You may browse and use the site for lawful personal purposes. Please do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, impersonate someone else, or use the site or its artwork in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Some features may be unavailable, changed, or withdrawn. We aim to keep descriptions and availability accurate, but occasional errors can occur.
03 / Accounts, if offered
The storefront does not currently require an account to browse or check out. If we introduce accounts, you must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly at vera.ekstrom@arca.ink if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law.
We may restrict access to an account to protect the service or other people, or in response to a violation of these terms. We will update these terms and the Privacy Policy as needed before introducing account features.
04 / Products and orders
Product details, prices and availability are shown on the site. Prices are displayed in AED unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, the delivery destination and the final total are shown before payment. Product colors may vary slightly across screens; original works may have natural variations.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and we confirm it. If an item is unavailable or a material pricing error occurs, we may contact you to resolve the issue or cancel and refund the affected order. We may also decline an order for a legitimate reason, subject to applicable law.
Payment is handled through Stripe Checkout. You provide payment details to Stripe, not directly to this website. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Please contact us at vera.ekstrom@arca.ink about a damaged item, a delivery problem, or a return request. Nothing here limits any cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
05 / Artwork and your selections
ARCA INK’s artworks, images, designs, text, branding and site materials belong to ARCA INK or their respective owners. Buying a physical item does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce or commercially exploit the artwork. You may not copy, resell, scrape or use our content to train a model without permission, except as the law allows.
Interactive experiences may let you select or submit a design state for a made-to-order product. You allow us and the providers needed to fulfill your request to store, reproduce and use that selection solely to provide the experience, prepare your order and fulfill it. Do not submit material that you do not have the right to use. This does not transfer ownership of your own original material to us.
06 / Other services
The site may connect to independent services, including Stripe for checkout. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply when you use them. We are not responsible for services we do not operate, but we remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.
07 / Responsibility
We take reasonable care in operating the site, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent the law permits, the site and its optional interactive features are provided without additional warranties. We are not liable for losses that are unforeseeable or caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These terms do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud.
08 / Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the site evolves. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Material changes affecting existing accounts, if offered, will be communicated where appropriate. The terms in effect when you place an order govern that order, unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
