Products & Services

Digital Products

• PDF templates are for personal use only
• You may print templates for yourself or as gifts
• Commercial use or redistribution is prohibited

Physical Products

• Colors may vary slightly from screen display
• Canvas sizes are approximate (±0.5cm)
• Paint quantities are sufficient for standard coverage

Orders & Payment

• All prices are in USD
• Payment is required at time of order
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors
• Orders are subject to availability

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on arca.ink are owned by us or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy or reproduce our designs for commercial use
• Resell or distribute our products
• Remove watermarks or copyright notices

Limitation of Liability

arca.ink is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Delays beyond our control

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
