30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
What's Covered

- ✅ Missing paints or materials
- ✅ Printing errors on canvas
- ✅ Wrong item received
What's Not Covered
- ❌ Digital downloads (non-refundable after download)
- ❌ Damage caused by customer misuse
How to Request a Return
- Email us at vera.ekstrom@arca.ink to share your return reason so we can make sure everything goes smoothly
- Include photos of any damaged or defective items
- We'll respond within 24-48 hours with next steps
- Send your kit back using any tracked courier service. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless your order arrived damaged or defective.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
