If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss a refund or exchange.

What's Covered

• Damaged or defective items
• Wrong item received
• Print or production issues

What's Not Covered

• Damage caused by customer misuse
• Normal variation in handmade original artwork

How to Request a Return

1. Email vera.ekstrom@arca.ink with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Include photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. We'll reply with the next steps within 24-48 hours.
4. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
